• The listing fee calculator should only be used as a guide to assist in calculating an estimated cost and should not be taken as the exact amount which will be payable.
• The JSE will determine & confirm the final listing fee payable and excludes any advisory fees.
• The annual fee becomes applicable in the year following the initial listing, and is payable in February.
• For Secondary Listings the annual fee is discounted by 50%.
• All new listings are subject to a New Listing documentation fee of R72 526.32, with additional documentation fees being applicable to Mining and REIT companies.
